MEXC referral code mexc-AlphaDisc returns 20% of your spot and futures trading fees. Learn how MEXC pays the rebate, which countries it serves and what the code saves at current rates.

Use MEXC referral code mexc-AlphaDisc to receive 20% of the fees you pay on spot and futures trades. Buying on the spot market means buying the coin itself. Perpetual futures track a coin's price through contracts that never expire.
At the standard 0.05% taker rate in MEXC's fee guide, a $10,000 bitcoin spot market order costs $5. The rebate returns $1.
MEXC links new accounts to their inviter at sign-up, so enter the code when creating your account. If you forget, you can still add it within 30 days of registration.
Alpha Finance owns the code and earns a commission from MEXC on your fees. Your 20% comes from that commission, as explained in our affiliate disclosure.
Opening an account with mexc-AlphaDisc gives you 20% back on each eligible spot and futures fee. This is the maximum share MEXC permits.
Any user can earn 40% of an invited friend's net trading fees for 1,080 days through MEXC's standard referral program. Its separate affiliate program offers approved affiliates commissions of up to 70%.
The MEXC affiliate system has allowed affiliates to share part of their commission with invitees since September 2024. Affiliates set separate rates for spot and futures, capped at 20% of the new user's fees. Code mexc-AlphaDisc provides the full 20% on both markets.
MEXC illustrates this with an affiliate earning a 50% commission and sharing 10%. When the new user pays 100 USDT in fees, the affiliate receives 40 USDT and the user gets 10 USDT. USDT (Tether) is a stablecoin, meaning a token pegged to the US dollar.
| Feature | Standard referral code | Affiliate code such as mexc-AlphaDisc |
|---|---|---|
| Who can share it | Any MEXC user | Approved MEXC affiliates |
| Inviter's commission | 40% of the new user's net spot and futures fees | Up to 70% |
| What the new user gets | Futures bonus rewards after a valid referral | A share of each fee, up to 20% |
| How long it runs | 1,080 days from the new user's sign-up | Share fixed at the rate in force on sign-up |
Existing accounts retain the sharing rate they registered with. Under MEXC's commission sharing rules, any subsequent change to a code's rate affects only new sign-ups.

MEXC charges the normal trading fee upfront and returns your 20% share the next day.
Its commission sharing rules specify that affiliate commissions settle before 00:00 UTC each day. Invitees receive their share before 01:00 UTC.
Your rebate comes from commission calculated on net trading fees. MEXC's referral rules define these as fees after bonuses and discounts. The calculation excludes fees paid with futures bonuses, deposit and withdrawal fees, and fees from activity MEXC considers abnormal.
The rebate rate is the same for maker and taker orders, although most maker orders on MEXC are free. A maker order is a limit order that waits for another trader to match it in the order book, where buy and sell orders are queued by price. Taker orders execute immediately against orders already waiting and carry a fee.

The Rewards Hub advertises up to 10,000 USDT in new-user rewards for completing time-limited tasks. Under its terms, rewards take the form of futures bonuses, fee vouchers, position airdrops and token vouchers. It also offers copy trading bonuses for mirroring other traders' positions.
You can use futures bonuses as margin or to pay fees and funding, but you cannot withdraw them. MEXC revokes unused amounts at expiry. Each reward undergoes a risk review lasting up to seven calendar days, and some tasks require Advanced KYC identity verification. Both futures bonuses and fee vouchers expire after 15 days.
Because fees paid with a futures bonus generate no referral commission, they do not qualify for your 20% rebate.
Check that the registration form contains the code before submitting it. You will also need to verify your identity to use the account fully.
Primary KYC permits daily crypto withdrawals of 80 bitcoin (BTC), while Advanced KYC raises that limit to 200 BTC, according to MEXC's KYC guide. Verify before funding the account. Since 5 Feb 2026, accounts without KYC cannot deposit, withdraw or trade.
Inviting yourself is prohibited under MEXC's referral rules. Any commission earned this way is cancelled.

For accounts trading less than 10 million USDT per month, MEXC applies its base rates. How much you receive back depends on the volume of your taker orders.
The table uses MEXC's fee page as of 25 Oct 2026 and its fee guide. Check your contract's tag because rates vary. Where available on your account, MX deduction lets you pay fees with MEXC's own token, MX, at a 20% discount.
| Market | Maker fee | Taker fee | Taker after 20% rebate | Taker with MX and rebate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Spot, standard pairs | 0% | 0.05% | 0.04% | 0.032% |
| Spot, pairs tagged 0 Fees | 0% | 0% | 0% | 0% |
| BTCUSDT perpetual futures | 0% | 0.02% | 0.016% | 0.0128% |
| Standard-tier futures, e.g. ETHUSDT | 0.01% | 0.04% | 0.032% | 0.0256% |
| Futures tagged 0 Fees, e.g. ZECUSDT | 0% | 0% | 0% | 0% |
MEXC calculates commission on net fees after discounts, so the final column applies the rebate to the amount remaining after the MX discount. For standard-tier maker orders, the rebate reduces the 0.01% fee to an effective 0.008%.
Special Rate spot pairs can charge more. LUNA/USDT, for example, costs 0.08%. Since 1 Jun 2026, futures orders placed through MEXC's API, the connection used by trading software, have carried maker fees of 0.06% and taker fees of 0.08%. Neither MX discounts nor zero-fee events apply to API orders.
On a $10,000 BTC/USDT spot market purchase, you pay $5 and receive $1 back. Placing the same purchase as a limit order that waits in the order book costs nothing, so there is no rebate.
Futures fees apply to the position's notional value, meaning its full market value, even when you provide only part of that amount as margin. A $10,000 BTCUSDT position opened and closed with market orders costs $2 each way. You receive $0.80 back from the $4 total.
Monthly BTCUSDT taker volume of $1 million generates $200 in fees and a $40 rebate, equivalent to $480 over a year. At the standard-tier contract rate of 0.04%, the same monthly volume costs $400 and returns $80.

MEXC determines account eligibility by country of residence. Each regulator that has examined the exchange found it operating without a licence.

Updated on 13 Oct 2026, MEXC's user agreement prohibits users from North Korea, Cuba, Sudan, Iran, Mainland China, Singapore, Malaysia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus and Canada. It also excludes Russian-controlled regions of Ukraine.
Countries subject to comprehensive EU or US sanctions are barred, as are those blacklisted by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), the global body that sets anti-money laundering standards. Misstating your residence allows MEXC to close your account and liquidate open positions under the agreement.
MEXC is winding down every account in the Netherlands across four batches, citing regulatory changes in the European Economic Area (EEA). Restrictions reached the final batch on 24 Oct 2026. Offboarding ends on 31 Oct 2026, after which remaining assets pass to a regulated custodian.
Dutch users were directed to Bybit EU and Kraken. Kraken announced on 12 Aug 2026 that it would accept referred MEXC clients in the Netherlands, including spot and derivatives traders.

The withdrawal from Russia and Belarus was announced on 20 Oct 2026. MEXC gives each affected account a deadline to close positions and withdraw assets.
Although Australia does not appear on the prohibited list, MEXC's fee guide lists it among markets where the exchange may not be available or authorised. Compare locally registered platforms in our guide to crypto exchanges in Australia.
MEXC has no licence under the EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation, MiCA. On 24 Sep 2025, the Dutch regulator, the AFM, warned consumers that MEXC was providing crypto services in the Netherlands without a licence and no longer appeared in any trade register.
EU residents can compare exchanges licensed under MiCA.
The Financial Services Authority of Seychelles identified MX Global Ltd as MEXC's operator on 26 May 2026. It found the company operating without a licence under the Virtual Asset Service Providers Act. The breaches date back to 1 Jan 2025.
The regulator said the company's unsupervised status prevents it from investigating complaints or helping recover funds.
For serving Dubai customers as an unlicensed broker-dealer or exchange between 2022 and April 2026, Dubai's Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) fined MX Global LTD. It also ordered the company to stop all unlicensed activity in or from Dubai.
The company named in MEXC's current user agreement is MEXC (Comoros) Ltd, registered in the Union of Comoros. That is your contracting entity. Disputes are subject to arbitration at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre under the laws of England and Wales.
Proof of reserves reports show whether an exchange holds at least as much of each asset as customers have deposited. In MEXC's October 2026 report, audited by Hacken, reserve ratios were 294% for bitcoin, 122% for USDT, 115% for USD Coin (USDC) and 111% for ether.
A Merkle tree lets customers verify that their balance was included. This cryptographic structure proves an entry belongs to a dataset without revealing the other entries.
MEXC separately maintains a Guardian Fund for serious security incidents. Its September update reported holdings of 2,000 BTC and more than 100 million USDT after adding 1,000 BTC that month. The October reserves release sets a target of growing the fund to $500 million within two years.

During 2026, MEXC has expanded into share contracts and event markets while withdrawing from several countries.

You can lose all the margin committed to a leveraged position. A fee rebate does not offset that loss.
Leverage uses borrowed money to open a position larger than your deposit, known as margin. With 10 times leverage, a 10% adverse price move wipes out that margin and causes MEXC to close the position automatically through liquidation. At 500 times leverage, a move of about 0.2% can trigger liquidation, according to MEXC's own risk warning.
For a $10,000 position backed by $1,000 of margin at 10 times leverage, the loss is $1,000. The rebate for opening and closing that position at the BTCUSDT taker rate is $0.80. MEXC's guide also lists a 0.04% liquidation fee on bitcoin futures, which zero-fee promotions do not cover.
Funding adds another cost to perpetual futures. These regular payments pass between traders positioned for a rise, known as longs, and those positioned for a fall, known as shorts, to keep the contract close to the spot price. Most MEXC contracts settle funding every eight hours. The exchange takes no share, so the rebate does not reduce the payment.
A $100,000 position incurs $10 per settlement at a funding rate of 0.01%. Before opening a position, compare funding rates across six exchanges and check where it would close with our liquidation price calculator.
Expired bonuses can also affect an open position. The Rewards Hub terms warn that revoking a futures bonus reduces your margin and may push a bonus-funded position into liquidation.
For disputes, MEXC's user agreement limits its liability to the trading fees you paid during the three months before the claim.
